Microsoft on Wednesday extended support for its Windows XP Home and Windows XP Media Center operating systems through 2014 to match policies already in place for the business-oriented Windows XP Professional.

That's good to hear. My WinXP HTPC should be due for replacement about then. :D

2014? Wow and when I bought XPPro with my new system back in '03 it was because the support was listed as being until 2011 vs. 2008 for XP Home :o

Though the chances of me still having the same system until 2014 are pretty slim :cool: (Though the HD has died once already)
