I have shaw secure and I am getting a warning message that my virus definitions are old. Yet whenever I update them they show that they have been updated under the automatic updates tab. I am also getting a similar warning message through windows security alerts. I was wondering what would be the best way to solve this issue.

I suggest you call Shaw technical support since it is their product.
