Is is just me, or do other people notice this too. I've had a 50A10 for just over a year now, and overall the image looks worse then what it was when I first got it. I experience motion blur/a loss of detail whenever the cameras in shows are moving, whether it be fast or slow motion. To me, the picture looks to be out of focus at times, if this is possible, and the SD image looks worse then it did when I first got it. I am watching on an Expressvu 6100 and the setup is in my basement, unfinished basement. Is there anyway to cut down the motionblur so the image is more sharper?
Have you calibrated your tv? I originally got some setting for my 42A10 at AVSForum that greatly improved the out-of-the box settings. Since then I have purchased Avia and further enhanced the picture. I have also recently purchased GetGray through AVSForum but haven't had a chance to fully devote a lot of time to properly test it. A quick run through resulted in my not making any significant changes but that may change when I get a few hours to properly test it out. A professional ISF calibration would also be an option if you don't mind spending the money though that may be a problem due to your location. Also give the manual a good reading and try a few different setting such as the Iris settings and such.
