I have a 9200, The pip is just a blank screen, The audio works, you can press info on the remote and that works, no picture tho

When you have a blank screen inside the PiP box and you try to swap the image from the main screen to the PiP screen, does it go blank and the original PiP is now viewable on the main screen. If so, sounds like it's an equipment issue.

Either reset the box by holding down the power button on the front of the unit (not the remote) until it reboots or better yet power of the unit and then unplug it for a minute. If the latter doesn't work then you may have additional problems such as a cabling issue.
