Can one cancel MCHD alone or does it come in a Package?

I tried to cancel some channels with Shaw, but since I also take Xtreme-1 internet they said I get a discount. It would only lower my Bill by $2 or so to cancel.

Movie Central HD is included with the other 4 Movie Central Channels.
You would have to cancel the whole package.
