I'm trying to look at hi-speed (5Meg +) DSL options. Looking at Teksavvy, it appears I can get it (well actually my neighbor 2 doors down) can get it.

There appears to be a surcharge cause my line isn't active. Is this true? I've been Primus TBB VOIP since moving here 2 yrs ago.

I currently am with Rogers Hi Speed Extreme, and would like to save some money if possible. I also use xbox live on the 360 for about 1-2 hrs a night after the kids are in bed.
