The local police officer was doing his rounds and passing the local parking
spot, when he noticed a car with it's interior light on and two people inside.
He pulled up alongside and saw a guy in the front seat, who looked to be reading a book, and a girl in the back, who seemed to be knitting.
He approached the car and the guy rolled down the window and said hello.
The officer asked him what he was doing, and he repiled: "I am reading a magazine."
"And what is the girl in the back doing?", he asked.
"She is knitting an Afghan sweater", he replied.
"May I ask how old you are", said the officer.
"I am 20 years old". he replied.
"And how old is the girl in the back seat?"
"She will be 18 in eleven minutes," the smiling guy replied.
