I can't get on to all my email's, nor can I access the online customer care. Anyone else?

I can get into both of those. I'm in Calgary but I accessed webmail from outside the Shaw netowork to test it. The pages came up kinda slow though so the problem might be more localized for you. Wouldn't be the first time that Shaw servers were on the slow side.

I have noticed online customer care has been slow, and or not working off and on in the past two weeks also

Back on email as of 5:25.

It was not authorizing my sign-on for email. Customer care was just off all togther.
