ImageTiVoToGo for Mac is here. TiVo has apparently partnered with Sonic Solutions to deliver this to the community. TiVoToGo is actually part of Toast 8 Titanium and not available separately, although Toast offers a huge number of burning and transfer solutions that would otherwise not be available. One post on TiVo Community seemed to make some sense of this, explaining that there is a cost involved with MPEG-2.
