The user manual for the SA8300HD contains the following:

"How to Set the Keyboard Language
This feature is currently not available."

Does anyone know more about this?

It seems to imply to me that a future update will allow us to search to IPG using keywords through a virtual keyboard? That would be very good, and something that Rogers must provide to compete with other EPGs.

Apparently, some people have also hooked up keyboards (not virtual) to the USB port, but only been able to change channels.

With the appropriate firmware, I'm sure there's a lot the STB can do, but currently not capable of doing.
