My program guide info just disappeared a few minutes ago. I'm in the middle of a bunch of recordings, so I don't want to unplug. Any other way to do a forced reload of the IPG on an SA 8300?

As discussed elsewhere in the forum, Rogers will be rolling out new firmware soon and this "glitch" could be part of the preparations.

I currently have no programme information on my SA3250HD either.

Please contact Rogers so they are aware though, just in case.

Just finished reading your reply, turned back to the TV and the IPG was back...guess I need to head off to the Tips post now to see how to fire up the diagnostics pages. :)

It happened here between 2-4 pm or so as well. It seems to have coincided with the addition of a pile of radio channels in the 900's. There must be 20 or so now, where there had been but one prior to this occurence. Re-powering the box didn't do anything to fix it, but it returned on its own after a little less than a couple of hours. It looks like they just picked mid-afternoon to do some launching in my area, but as you say, it's all back to normal now.

Yeh, rec'd the new radio stations after the IPG came back.

Just now, 'round 6:04pm ET, the system rebooted itself...first time I've seen that happen, but alas, still running 1.87.
