I see several others have mentioned BH photovideo. How about Adorama in the US as well. Though Henrys and Vistek are listed in the GTA section they also have locations across the country so might be more applicable to put them in the General section or the on-line section.

One store I like to buy Camera equipment from is The Camera Store - http://www.thecamerastore.com/ in Calgary. I find their prices competitive with the US giants and their service is excellent.

I am suprised that Canadian Tire isn't on this list. This would be a good one to add
