Hi I was looking for two dvd classics, Ben Hur /The Robe and found them at Future shop online.Ben Hur was in widescreen which I wanted but The Robe was in standard and not available right now. Where could I find The Robe in widescreen. I checked some of the internet sites Columbiahouse etc and did not see it listed.

Interesting that a Marilyn Monroe flick called HOW TO MARRY A MILLIONAIRE (1953) was the first movie ever produced in widescreen but was held back so that THE ROBE would have the honour of being the first one to actually get shown in a theatre.

Thanks for the info.It does not state that it is in widescreen or DD5.1 so I guess it is standard version. Also do you or anyone have any idea if or when we will see the TV series StarTrek Voyager on DVD.

It's widescreen, anamorphic and has a four channel audio track.
