Here's my result:

I have the Rogers Hi-Speed Express and presently have a 50% discount.

If connected to a fast server, it's not unusual to see >800kb/sec downloads

How did you wrangle a 50% discount out of the evil empire?

You should call in to see if you can get that slow upload fixed to be around 800Kbps. Unless you are not syncing at full upload for some reason. If you have one of those crappy gigasets, it should show your upload sync in the start of the logs after reboot of the modem.

That jitter is crap for sure. I get one or two milliseconds for Jitter on the tests via Telus

Telus ADSL: 6 - 8 Mb/s download, 1 up)

Last Result:
Download Speed: 5308 kbps (663.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 861 kbps (107.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

Any tips on getting my upload speeds faster? I'd like to be able to get 1.5 to 2 Mb/s for better Slingbox picture.

Thats about as good as you are going to get.

Slingbox recommends 256 Kbps upload as a minimum.

Internet Max is from BellAliant. Available in the maritime provinces. The connection is unlimited and unthrottled. Cost varies. Right now new customers get it for one year @45$.
