After receiving your warning, I went to review what went wrong. I simply entered my post on the Rogers Forum (mistakenly thinking that there was only one forum for Rogers). I should have selected the appropriate forum that was just above the selected one.

Thanks for your understanding. The forum is a very busy place and we don't have a ton of mods so we can't always move posts or tend the forum as neatly as we like so sometimes we just have to be ruthless and make rules such as this.
