I think Rogers wont be offering the Timeshift channels in former SHAW areas. They launched today in Toronto but in former SHAW areas they dont even appear in the IPG but they are charging the same price with or without them for the Total Package. This doesn't seem fair.

I agree with you, if you don't get everything the package entails you shouldn't pay the full price (the cost of timeshifting is $6.99 so at the very least they could deduct that from your costs).
I notice that all of the timeshift channels are there but the IPG doesn't list shows scheduled just ABC Seattle, PrimeW, ComedyW
etc. I hope they fix that soon. I do like the clarity of the new timeshift channels. They make the analogue versions look very poor quality indeed. I had a technician out the other day as the analogue picture quality is worse now than ever and the tech said that the quality was no worse than ever and that I'd have to live with it.
Once Expressvu's satellite is installed I won't have to live with it, so either they clear up their picture quality or I leave Rogers for good.

Hey, at least you're getting them. After ch 213 in the IPG the next channel is 300, so I guess I'm out of luck. If you live south of Steeles you get them, but north of Steeles, forget it. Also no HDTV or French channels here either.

you get digital cable but not HDTV?
I kinda of thought the two would go hand in hand?

Sorry Guys, I'm totally wrong. Channels have now appeared in IPG complete with Listings. Still no HDTV or French channels. Oh well, I stand to be corrected but I'm glad I'm wrong on this one. PQ looks great! Admins can close this Thread.

Close the thread? Why? What's wrong with a little egg on your face?
