I just picked up a Dish Pro Quad LNB off eBay, since I could never get the Video Path or Microyal SW44's to work at all.

For now, I only have 2 active receivers (3100 and 6100). Eventually, I will be using my old 3100 again (or possible a newer receiver) in the basement, and possibly a 4th in the kitchen.

Is it alright to run all 4 wires from the LNB and leave 1 or 2 disconnected for now?

Yes, it will work fine. That is what I do.

Thx, I just thought there might be some signal loss/drain by having the extra cables connected to the LNB, but not to the receiver at the other end.
