I guess this means no more spectrum for XM and Sirius

The Federal Communications Commission granted TMI Communications and ICO Satellite Services modifications to their satellite spectrum reservations, giving them the much-sought-after 20 megahertz in the 2 GHz MSS (mobile satellite service) bands.
The additional bandwidth will allow the mobile satellite operators to provide more robust services to public safety officials and first responders, as well as offer broadband satellite services to rural America, the FCC said in its 2 GHz approval.
In a separate but related order, the International Bureau dismissed Inmarsat's petition seeking to reserve spectrum in the 2 GHz MSS band for a geostationary satellite it proposed to locate at the 113-degree orbital location.
Several companies had been eyeing the available 2 GHz spectrum, including satellite radio services Sirius and XM.
