Tis the season, so what's your favourite Christmas movie.

For the classics, mine would be the 1954? version of Christmas Carol with Alistair Sims.

More modern, maybe Elf although I do like Die Hard and Gremlins which both take place at Christmas time!

Christmas Vacation or Charlie Brown Christmas (not a movie but holiday staple!)

A Christmas Story (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085334/). I'm hoping it'll be on in HD before Christmas but haven't seen it listed yet.

Out of these choices, it's Elf. Overall, I loved the Jim Carrey Grinch. A Christmas Story is very very funny. Polar Express is also good.

The Ref.

I also like to tune in to Leary singing "I'm an A$$hole" on MuchMoreRetro.

OK, I'm twisted and I admit it.

Its a Wonderful Life is a classic in my books, same with Holiday Inn.

Home Alone is also a great Christmas movie. The first one was excellent.

"You'll shoot your eye out"

Got to be a A Christmas Story.....the Asian waiters at the end singing Jingle Bells is priceless!

Christmas Story for sure but you haven't listed SCROOGE, the musical with Albert Finney and Alec Guinness as the ghost of Marley. Just got it on DVD.
"Thank you very much!..."

I like the old musicals and what would Christmas be without a "White Christmas"?
