Since getting the 9200 I have not been able to get the interactive TV working. The Programming I pay for includes some interactive tv. I just got off the phone with bell and they told me that it does not work on the 9200 yet. Is this true or did the guy not understand what I wanted. I had a hard time understanding him.
All dual tuner models (3200,5200,9200) are not yet iTV enabled because of major software problems although it should be available with the next update and I'm not suprised you had a difficult time understanding the CSR as bell employs mostly people who speak poor english.Hope that helps.

Has anyone been updated on bell's progress on getting ITV working on the 9200's? Is it expected this year? Also can we expect a fix for the search feature?

When I was reading the fine print on the NFL Sunday Ticket page on Bell's website, I noticed that the 9200 was not in the list of compatible recievers for the interactive option. When I called Expressvu, they said that it was not, in fact, compatible.
Can anyone comfirm this?
I am having a hard time believing that my 4 year old 5100 is compatible but the 9200 isn't.

The ITV is working on the 9200 however not all applications, like the sunday ticket for example, are functioning on the dual tuner models.
