I assume you mean MTV Canada? It was on MTV at 9:30 and i noticed it on some CTV channels later in the night. I PVR'd the 11:38 Eastern broadcast from some east coast CTV channel. I noticed it was on later in the night a few times as well.

Basically the above link from CTVDUDE is way more informative than the MTV show. Once you stripped out 2 songs from a band i have never heard of and the long commercial breaks you were left with fluff.

I must have gotten my dates mixed up, I thought it was a full day after MTV preview. I didn't get a chance to see it but I've heard it wasn't too good of a show. E3 is just around the corner though :)

Supposedly it is scheduled for release in Canada for the 2005 Holiday season. Does anyone know if they've released anything on the cost? Or what's included in the package?(How many controllers, the online cam, the wireless or wired controller, the media centre controller).

There's been no confirmed cost but I paid about $650 CAN for the Xbox, an extra controller and Halo back in December 2001 (launch). I expect to pay the same.

i can't remember where i saw it, but an article i read said that ms was going to try and launch the new system at about $300us. i'm guessing with just the basic system and a controller. i hope this price point is true.

$300US would be a stunning price given the remarkable capabilities of this thing. I am no fan of Microsoft but even I have to admit the 360 is a technical marvel. I want a hacked one for statistical computing not games -- the $6k workstation I recently bought should be substantially slower for floating point computions than this triple--CPU water-cooled beast!

Less than $439? That would be amazing considering the specs. I wonder if there will be a trade in program for the Xbox. 'Course stores like EB will probably only give us a $50 credit or something ridiculous like that.
