Revenue Canada should have forms available going back at least 7 years IIRC.

Turbotax have tax software on line for years prior to 2011

StudioTax (http://www.studiotax.com/en/main.htm) is free and also has versions going back 7 years. For basic tax returns, I find it is much better than either standard forms or TurboTax.

I second studiotax2010.
Even if you don't net file, you can print off the completed forms. (Probably the blank ones too if you really want to do it by hand - just don't fill in anything but name/address)

I'm on my 6th year of using studiotax. I highly recommend it.
