I got the gateway installed a month ago and have a problem with 2 of the remotes (got 4 gateways in my house).

Two of my remotes when you press down feel like the key is sticking at the bottom when you press down. One remote is so bad the keys actually stick and then slowly pop up. Nothing has spilled in the remotes, they are clean. I never had issues like this for the remotes and don't want to go out and spend a bunch more money for new ones.

Anyone else having this issue? I haven't spoken to Shaw tech support yet.

I think you could probably go down to your local Shaw office and swap for new remotes.

Just so it's clear for everyone, you have one Gateway and four Portals.

All of my remotes are now doing it. (2 months old).
