what is a quick fix for getting the Internet TV to work in Canada for WMC 7?

I guess a proxy would be involved, but where does it get configured?

I started a 7-day trial of unblock-us.com. Their set-up instructions for a D-link router was very easy to follow. Most of the 7MC Internet TV channels seem to come in. But I was disappointed with the slow download speeds on the CBS shows and the lack of content.
