I think you misunderstood that they're transitioning today.. it's happening tomorrow. They will be in the order that Stampeder posted.

I think both CHNU and CIVI are transmitting from the same place: the old water tower (I remember when it was a giant birthday candle) up on Terrace Ave in the Rockland area. If you get one, you should get both, ISTM...

Its my bad multipath due to huge trees surrounding my property, rotating the antenna 10 degrees got CIVI going at 50%, but CHNU dropped from 75% to 50%. I need a tower damn it, well maybe just better positioning.

CTV 32 analog just died. Good riddance.

CTV digital nowhere to be found on 32.1 or 33.1

CTV anolog and 33 have just gone black so it is happening now:)

CIVT-DT 33.1 just froze.

Signal strength on 33 = 0
Signal strength on 32 = 0

Just waiting for them to come up digitally on 32 any time now. I have a scan repeating on 32 and still waiting.

I recorded the last few mins of 32 and it just popped to snow anyways still no 32 for me yet still scanning away :)

Quite the unceremonious ending to CIVT 32 NTSC. Sure hope the Digital signal comes in strong.

33.1 froze on a commercial when it went out so no harm done... :) On my own system (not likely relevant to anyone else) the signal strength of CIVT-DT on 33.1 tended to hover in the high 70s. I'll be looking to see if that signal strength level has changed in any way with the channel shift.

Haha. I was like "YES!" it's gone - forever! Waiting waiting waiting for 32.1 to go live.

Update: WOW! Correct PSIP and everything!

And my signal strength meter has them in the low to mid 80s now too from the high 70s, so there has been an upwards bump! FEC is totally clean, and their SNR is a very healthy 29dB too. :)

32.1 signal strength is two bars more for me than 33.1

17.1 should be flashing in a few mins :)

Up and running now... and at least 10% stronger signal that on 33.1

Yes indeed. A signal boost for me as well.. used to hover around 80-85%.. steady at 94-95% right now.
