I'm now having trouble getting a lock on this station using several different ATSC tuner cards on my HTPC. Signal strength is good though.

CKVU analogue on channel 10 is flickering on and off at a very low signal level.

is now dark

Stampeder: CBC seems to be fine now.

HD graphics but widescreen SD feed.

I just did a scan and I only have 8.1/Global and 32.1/CityTV in digital.

My TV stopped for a long time on 58, but I guess it couldn't get a lock on it.

42 analog seems to still be there, so is 17.

Picture and sound on 22.1 just showed up for me this morning as well. It has always been dark before now. Tivo changed the guide data to that channel a month ago and now finally the actual picture and sound has followed the guide change. Hope it stays this way permanently now!

As I was speaking to the engineer he tells me a part is just arriving via small plane from Vancouver to the transmitter and that will get them up and running in a very short time as long as there are no glitches. It could be up as fast as a couple of hours then again it may be up later tonight or tomorrow how ever they are at the site working on it as I type. :)

Let's hope that after the switch to digital, there are improvements in the following areas:

1. EPG on all channels.
2. Time correct on all channels. Only Global has accurate time today. CBC is over 4 hours slow. CTV is one hour out.
3. Drop the window-boxing. City and Omni are bad for that. There is no reason not to show a 16:9 signal full screen even if it is in SD video.

Good catch you guys I am guessing the 47 CKVU is giving up is the reason for the holding test pattern until 47 66 CHNU-DT Fraser Vallley can grab it later I guess tomorrow
