Buffalo has been fine for me in Kitchener. Better than usual, actually.

All were good here today. I lost 7 for awhile last night. 29 & 26 have been coming in which is a first here this year.

The warm weather created more spring-like cross lake conditions. I saw WNED for the first time since the fall but 49 went away. I also had problems with WGRZ and WKBW. The air would have layered up with a colder air near the water and ice and warmer air sitting above it. Reception is back to normal with the colder weather today.

just to update my previous post, yesterday all my usual buffalo channels are back to normal, very strange though why they went away in the first place? only thing i can think is that all the melting snow caused a "fog" i live in a little bit of a low area and maybe that was limiting my reception capability oh well all back to normal now hope it stays that way

Give it a whirl tonight. Was just playin around and noticed Rochester's WROC and Erie, PA's WJET and WFXP booming in to Buffalo.
I may watch some out of town news tonight assuming it holds up.

WNYO booming tonight, ION is coming in too- Robert DeNiro movie on 51.3- looks good. Ironically, WIVB and WUTV are regular strength- ~ 40%.

Better tropo tonight- ION booming in.

I just have to mention this to fellow OTAers: I know many pooh-pooh TCT WNYB Jamestown NY 26 for the religious content, but 26.3 was showing an ultra cheese movie- "Rescue from Gilligan's Island". It was so chessey; characters were true to form. E.g., Mr. Howell was having a dinner party, a guest wanted a cigar, Howell called Cuba, next second, Fidel walks in with a box of cigars - LOL.

Cheers!

BTW, WNYB was booming tonight also.

Yes I can see 26-3 being very desirable. I’m getting it hear late nights recently.

Funny, I've been getting WNYO for the last few nights, but WUTV has been down. Normally it's the opposite.

WXXI...man, how I'd like to get that one again, just to get some decent screen captures. I check for it periodically, but I guess always at the wrong time.

Speaking of WXXI, my CM DTVPAL found it (and it's subchannels) today. I like that this device scans for channels on it's own....

That one’s normal here for me but it is weak and directional. I doubt you guys will get it in non tropo conditions. Any bad weather and it’s gone. . Not all it’s cracked up to be, like WNED but with a useful 2nd sub channel.

Wow, no supposed tropo on the east coast, but 13.1 wgme and 6.1 wcsh started coming in here in yarmouth. Not bad having my m4 about 6ft agl. Wintv is showing 28.1 for wgme and 17.8 for wcsh.
