Classic line of the series, ever, was Zev or Justin during the waxing. "I'm going to punch you in the face."

As soon as it came down to the final 3, I knew who would win. Out of the 3 left, the winners were of course the only team I did not like and wanted least to win. :(

It was sad to see Gary & Mallory's chances of winning got ruined by that taxi driver, but I guess it happens. I was also somewhat disappointed how the finale episode went, the tasks, etc. But anyways, can't wait for the next season (that, and Big Brother! ) :)

What always interests me, is how CBS/TAR (this has probably been answered previously) "gets away" with the cameras, filming, and everything. Especially in other countries. Do they go up to the people or inform them that they will be on TV? I guess they don't really have the time to ask the cab drivers or airports. Shouldn't they blur out their faces? Hopefully this makes sense.

I was just wondering, since I do street interviews on YouTube, and always when I film them, I have to be careful of who's in the background, and if they're fully aware the video will be on YouTube, and I also give them a business card.

I'm pretty sure I've seen some taxi driver faces blurred out in the past. It was usually those drivers who didn't pick up the teams for whatever reason though.

Each country has different rules. The editing seems to reflect that. But in some cases bystanders are blurred and others in the same shot are not. For reasons I don't understand.

This was the first time I've watched TAR in a long time, ever since the season where they brought Boston Rob on which I thought ruined the spirit of the game and I tuned out.

It was entertaining, but I'm not sure of the value of some of the gimmicks. I'd definitely rather see people fail on their own actions then it just being due to the random roll of the dice.
The U Turn, etc seemed to be very badly placed for the most part, and the setup to the measure Lichtenstein that allowed all but one team to cheat.

I imagine that people sign releases.

Agreed. What I was annoyed at is that none of the challenges posed any difficulty so Gary & Mallory had no way of overcoming the bad taxi driver.

I think they should ban taxi-drivers or any major outside influence on the last episode and make it challenging to you really know that the best team won.

I watched this TAR because it was an all-star edition but I think I am done with the show now because they challenges aren't challenging enough. Too many people losing for the wrong reasons.

I enjoyed five or six though so thanks TAR!

.... so Gary & Mallory had no way of overcoming the bad taxi driver. They could have had the driver pull over and get another cab.
