Does anyone know if we can get the Western CBC, CTV and Global HD stations or even standard. I see the US HD western stations but not the Canadian

With Rogers I had a guide that showed all the channels by theme and time shifting etc. Cogeco has nothing it seems like that.

Cogeco Ontario has only one HD version of CBC, CTV, Global and Citytv.
On the other hand, timeshifting is available in SD only, channels 220 to 240.
