: Error (015) on HD PVR

Wonder if anyone knows what this error would mean. I am new to BellTV and I guess my experiences haven't been great so far. I've had to call TS 4 times and had 2 techs sent to my house.

I have a standard 4100 box that works fine. I do not get the error in the picture below on any channels on this box.

I also have a HD PVR which I think it's a 9242, not certain on the model. On some of the channels that I am suppose to get in the package I get this error below. 2 of them I know for sure I am suppose to get are Spike and RDS and receive this error. Other channels I receive fine with good picture.

Start by doing a Check Switch, MENU 6, 1, 1. See what the result is.
