Hardly a coincidence, with Mobilicity expected to get its licence today or tomorrow, that Wind has come out with a "1/2-Price for 6 Months" sale. Once the CRTC gives the go-ahead to Mobilicity, the chatter and expectations around the launch will blossom but Wind will try to get a lot of attention itself with this "good 'til the end of May" special. Still it's good to see aggressive competition and Mobilicity will probably come up with something to match. I do expect to see Mobilicity announce prices before the end of May even if the official launch of service is still a few weeks off. And I think Wind knows what the date is.

The brand new offer, called 'Everybody WINDs' gives everybody who signs up 50 per cent off any WIND voice and data plan (not add-on) for the first six months.
