Does anyone know how to do this? I'm a new install today and some of my channels...mostly superchannel...are getting "to be announced".

Also, is one week what we get of listings? Mine end next Friday.

Try to unplug the box for a few seconds and plug it back in and see if the guide data load again.

Ensure the receiver is turned off when not in use, it will then check for updaes to its software and download the guide at around 3am, everyday.

To force a Guide download, hold the Power Button in for about 10 seconds, then release, it will re-boot and download the Guide data before you get the image back.

If the receiver has a smart card, just pull out the card, wait until it goes to the System Info Screen, then re-insert, it will re-boot and download the Guide data before you get the image back.
