A search of the Shaw site says these don't exist anymore. The only address given is downtown Vancouver, what appears to be their head office.

Specifically for getting a remote control replaced, is this my only option? Their standard business office hours don't help either.

I am sure that tall Shaw skyscraper building has a customer service office.

It does, and that's the only Vancouver retail outlet I'm aware of.

Thanks guys. It's not so much the location, but the hours. It looks like they are open Saturdays now, I'm pretty sure they weren't before. I'll head down there.

I had to do the same thing and the downtown store is the only location. It's in the lobby of the Shaw building. The next nearest one is in North Vancouver from what I was told by the CSR on the phone.
