Congratulations.....glad it worked out without your having to spend any more money on equipment.....and yes, the CSR had to make a change due the difference in the LNB (stacked/unstacked)

Just a couple of questions, for my own edification....

1) Are you receiving all the channels in that you are subscribed to?

2) What happens when you tune to channel 350 or 700?

3) What signal level are you getting on the receiver sat meter?

It appears I'm getting all the home locals I want, I normally don't have starchoice in Canada. I have local cable. I will be discussing channels with my buddy back home and have a better idea in the coming days.

When I go to channel 350 and 700 nothing, it reverts back to the channel I was on.
When I called starchoice the had me go to channel 284, they updated the L&B and I got a picture almost immediatley.

On the signal meter, I'm getting 47 to 50, on the system check it says signal stregenth 65 / quailty 57 .

thanks again for your assistance, I was almost ready to pay a guy $90.00 to tune in the sat. I owe you a beer or 2.
