My 6131 has been trying to acquire sat signal for 3 hours now. On screen says standby for sat signal. Progress gets to 2 of 5 and then starts again at 0 of 5. Not getting any signal (on 82 or 91) according to Menu 611. Done check switch test- showed a warning" you have fewer satelittes then previously detected...)
My 2 SD receivers work fine, any idea what to do.
Transponder OK OK Status : reception verified Switch:SW21
Call Bell (very little help)
Receiver was installed 8 days ago by a Bell tech and worked fine up to 3 hours ago.

Try swapping receivers to see if it works on another sat line.

Do you have an SW44 switch that the power inserter has been disconnected or switched off.?

With 2 x SD receivers and a 6131, you should not have an SW21.
