Iomega has announced the launch of the iConnect Wireless Data Station, a device that provides a simple way to bring all of your USB storage into your network. (http://www.digitalhome.ca/2010/01/ces-iomega-iconnect-data-station-turns-usb-drives-into-nas-drives/)

The iConnect Wireless Data Station has no onboard storage. Users just connect the Iomega iConnect device to their router in – wired or wirelessly – and then plug up to four external USB drives or USB Flash drives into any of the four USB ports on the device.

Wonders if there's a performance hit compared to a dedicated NAS box. Usually the NAS box would have a processor built in to help with the RAID/traffic management.
