hello,

i recently had TSTV installed at our place and decided to set up an older CRT TV w/ the HD receiver, our tech programmed all TVs to their respective control remotes, but i cannot program this CRT TV to work with it

i did try every # listed under page 69, but none of these work!??

is there a 'learn' function i can use w/ this remote instead!??

this is the part i was looking for ::

Perform a device scan to test all codes:
All other tv's ( while tv is on )
1-Press and hold top tv button till all 4 light light up
2-Press (tap) the scroll up button continously til tv shuts off and press one more time
3-Press (tap) the scroll down button one or twice slowly to get tv to go back on.
4- press the # button and remote will flash 3 times... done

i tried every damn code on the list that was remotely related to citizen, and had no luck...

telus screwed up w/ our service n' when the telus tech guy came over to make sure all was good to go, we just asked him to program the tv for us.. dont know how he did, but it works fine now...
