jdevlin - you or Bell have it incorrect, Sex TV will become W Movies and Drive-In Classics will become Sundance Channel.
thenewdc - the Canadian version will be watered down as it has to follow the same licence as Drive-In Classics, so it will feature older movies and not necessarily new ones. I do agree though, that Corus does a good job with their channels especially compared to Canwest or even CTV.

vjose is right about which channel is rebranding as which, but jdevlin is right about what Bell TV has decided to do about it. Bell TV is switching the two around basically so W Movies will fill the void left by Drive-in Classics and Sundance will replace the void left in the lifestyle package by SexTV. Bell's decision to do things backwards has got way too many people confused but hopefully i've now cleared that up.

And you can probally see Rogers(not sure about others) move SEX TV(W Movies after MARCH 1) move from where it now 764 to 326 to fit in with the "Movie" style section, other widse it won't "fit" in where it is now?
BTW it says ythe same thing on Rogers about SEX TV & Driv'n Classics.
As for "Sundance" can't Corus apply to the CRTC to 'modify' its licience for Drivn Classic? I know others had their ;icience for TV change or supposely change

Since when have the big guns worried about license requirement....they have been violated for many years.

They will probably eventually ask for licence ammendments unless they are just too lazy to do it.
