No, WNLO, Channel 23, a UPN affiliate owned by the same company that owns WIVB is in the multiplexer.

the ABC feed because WKBW had on a
telethon.

WKBW is now running 2 channels 7-1 and 7-2 evenings. The programming however is not HDTV. The station dragged its heals again and has failed to purchase ncessary HDTV equipment which is "on order".

I'm finally getting 38-1 with decent signal strength, but my DigitalStream receiver doesn't seem to be seeing the PSIP at all. There's no station identification information, it's not mapping as 7-1, and I can't change to any sub-channels.
