: Shaw Digital Music Channels

Has anyone noticed over the past week that some of the digital music channels in the 400's are to be announced and don't have call letters, yet the ones that do, most of them are mislabelled?

Some have the call letters GLX like they always have, others have GAL, others have the old DMX label and others have nothing at all.

I called Shaw on Friday and they said they were working on it, and that one of the companies bought out the other one? Is there any truth to that, or does maxtrax not exist anymore?

Anyone know anything about this, and does this mean more music channels? (since maxtrax/galaxie had 40...and people with galaxie only have 45....)

Curious..

Here's the thread on Galaxie/Maxtrax/Stingray Digital with the answers to most of your questions:

We even got direct feedback from the VP at Stingray Digital.

The "Memories" music channel is now gone. I called about it last night because the channels didn't show any info. T

The bone-head at Shaw redirected me to a hard to find link on their website and said, "see, it"s there, "that's the most currrent listing." I said to him that I thought it was their channel guide that had the most current and the memories channel isn't there. He said, no, that's not accurate. It turns out today, it was.
