Ok, for some reason i feel compelled to try and help my ex with her TV problem. Maybe because im the one who bought it and negotiated for her to keep it. Recently i was there to pick up my son and noticed that the TV aspect ratio looked to be on a zoom...sides and tops cut off. I went to the remote to try and change it back to Full but thats when i realized it was on Full to begin with. I tried to reboot the Rogers HD PVR box. nope. went to the settings of the STB..nothing wrong. Went to the Panasonic remote. Didnt see anything in the menu out of the ordinary. This seemed to happen (I think) about the time ROgers did a channel reformat on the 20th i believe. NOt even sure that thats the problem..maybe just a coincidence. Anyway...anyone have any suggestions that i may be missing. She is a neophyte...im not much better but i think that as long as its not a TV component issue that needs a service call i should be able to try and figure something out to change it back. Oh and did i mention that between a 5 year old boy and her not really knowing what she is doing with all the remotes there is obviously the chance for human error as well pressing buttons all over the place

Mark, have her press the # (zoom) button on the Rogers remote repeatedly. It's probably currently on zoom instead of normal. The same can be accomplished by pressing the settings button once and scrolling up to "Picture Size".
