Odd that Rogers would transition stations during prime time, isn't it? Though there must be a good explanation....

OMNI 1 is up indeed, but a very weak signal for some reason.

CITY is still going on channel 57. I have this channel recording. Now I'm not so sure they will wait until midnight. I missed channel 47 as I was checking the others when it went out.

It appears as if OMNI 2 analogue has shut down. CityTV is still going.

CityTV and OMNI are at least telling people where to find their digital OTA channels. I caught part of the one on OMNI in Chinese (Cantonese I think).

Very weird for me also, lost omni1, no 44 or 47 and two 57's. I just better get omni1 back as that's the ONLY channel my wife cares about.. It may be back to cable for me :[

Like I said before, either Rogers engineers are idiots or they just don't care about OTA at all. Instead of switching CFMT first from RF 44 to RF 47 in order to allow a seamless transition, they simply turned off the RF 44 CFMT pre transition digital signal in order to allow CITY to turn on their RF 44 post transition.

We now have CITY TV in digital on both RF 44 and RF 53 but currently no digital CFMT service.

EDIT: CITY just turned off RF 53 but analog still on 57. CFMT just turned off analog 47 and replaced it with digital.

I have all my ROGERS stations back. OMNI 1 & 2 and CITY.

I'm getting a good signal on rf 51(omni2), but not even a sniff on 44 and 47 :o

Old City is out and the new one (RF 44) seems weaker/flakey, maybe bad tropo.

The "new" CITY-DT is technically weaker: It's lower on FCP rather than the CN Tower (temporarily).

CFMT is probably running at reduced power right now until everything is completed.

Over here, CFMT @ RF47 coming in at about 20 dB SNR and CJMT @ RF 51 coming in at about 31 dB SNR so there's obviously a major power level difference between the two stations.

Why did CFMT change to virtual 69.1 anyway?

Now it will be weeks before I get guide data for it in WMC :(

CJMT is virtual 69.1, not CFMT - they're 47.1. They both match their original analog numbers, the way they should.

Sorry, that's what I meant.
