OMNI2 should be 69-1

In Ottawa, all three Rogers-owned stations are now mapped to their previous analog numbers. Before today, like Toronto, their Virtual numbers were the same as their Physical channel numbers.

Looks like 44 is broadcasting from First Canadian Place as expected based on my setup.

so i just lost 64 and 44, the channels disappeared, no signal when rescanning either. when i change channels and get to 57, and go up, i get 57 again, that's new. also getting 47 with no signal.

it's defiantly been interesting today lol

CITY is live on RF44 and RF53 Digitally and RF57 Analog online
CJMT is live on RF51 Digital with RF69 Analog offline
CFMT is analog still on RF47 Analog online only.

Maybe the simplest thing is handling 1 station at a time instead of playing the shuffle game with all the stations at the same time.

Station is about the same for me in Kitchener compared to the pre-transition RF 53 station. Perhaps slightly weaker. CITY-DT 31 Woodstock is definitely stronger by far...

I'm was both OMNI and CityTV from Toronto. I think they may still be working on it. I may also need to fiddle with antenna placement to get a stronger signal.

I also see that City's analogue signal is still broadcasting. I expect they'll just cut that off at midnight.

Just rescanned here in downtown. City seems weaker here too. Some pixelation here on rf44 even though I'm about 2km from first canadian. Hoping they aren't at full strength yet..

So is RF44 the exact same signal as before just carrying City rather than Omni?

I've never had pixelation on omni2 so I'm guessing no.

I'm a little disappointed with the new Omni2 RF51. Weak signal here. Doesn't seem any stronger than what RF64 was.

In comparison City TV 57 analogue is crystal clear.

Perhaps they are not finished yet.

CITY 31 live from Woodstock this afternoon. Picked it up with my now "useless" rabbit ears on my bedroom TV

EDIT Looks like I'm a day late on that news. I'm sure it was still broadcasting analog last night

Still getting wild fluctuations with City on 44. CFMT currently won't lock.

CITY and CFMT analog are still on in Toronto. I'm going to assume these are staying on until 11:59pm tonight.

I've lost OMNI1. But am receiving OMNI2 on 69.1. I am also receiving CITY on 57.1 & 44.1.

Same here. Was surprised that digital Omni1 disappeared.

I always did have trouble getting OMNI 1 anyways - don't know why, as it should be easily within range for me. No loss if I still can't get it, but I admit I was hoping I would be able to after the transition.

Odd that Rogers would transition stations during prime time, isn't it? Though there must be a good explanation....
