Hello i was woundering if eny 1 can tell me why my bell express wont come in after i moved i moved from prince edward island to new brunswick left the dish unplugsd for 2 mounth hooked it back up and the only channel that will come in is 198 got good single strenth and on bell express view 91 cant figer out what is wrong eny help would be greatly appreached thanks

Your subscription has expired on the smart card becasue it was disconnected so long.

Do one of the following:
- Leave it connected for 24 hours to reauthenticate
- or; call Bell to have them reauth your card
- or; go online and use the "sync" option.

I was woundering how long it will take for my dish to reboot after being unhooked for 2 3 months and if it has to be on or off or if there is eny other way i can do this the sucription is still good works at my home in pei but brought my old reciver to nb for the summer and it had been unhooked for a couple of months now it wount come in

you can call bell, or go online on the bell site, log into your account and tell it to "re-Syncronize programming".
worked perfect for me with a recever that was unhooked for several months.

The answer is provided in the link I posted above.
Your "dish" doesn't "come in". Your receiver/smartcard authorization has expired and needs to be updated.
