I am experiencing intermittent stuttering and signal breakup (every couple minutes) on Ch 79 CNBC. This has been happening since Monday. All 3 of my digital boxes display the same issue. All other channels are fine. I have reported this to Rogers twice and both times I received a recorded message after a few hours telling me that the problem is corrected. Still happening today. I have rebooted all boxes.
