What about 18 at Rice lake?

Wilspin, they are only transitioning stations which lie above 51 or are in a mandatory market.

You might have luck picking up the Belleville station.

Those are just screen shots, so they have reduced resolution. The original PDFs are in the appropriate applications which can be found in Broadcasting Information Bulletin CRTC 2011-63 (http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2011/2011-63.htm)

I was just looking through the list of submissions to the CRTC's call for comments on digital transition PSAs (https://services.crtc.gc.ca/pub/ListeInterventionList/Default-Defaut.aspx?en=2010-927&lang=e) and noticed in TVO's submission that they plan to begin converting their transmitters to digital as early as May:

In TVO’s case, the digital conversion will take place on a “staggered” basis, with some of TVO’s transmitter sites effecting the cutover as early as May of 2011, prior to the August 31, 2011 deadline imposed by the Commission.

May 2011 would definitely be nice. Hopefully one of these is either Kitchener or Toronto!

TVO wrote: "Untrue. All 9 sites will be converted in the middle of Aug. Plans underway now. We will be running PSAs on air and online soon detailing info for all sites."

TVO's Lisa de Wilde said the following to the CRTC:TVO submits that the requirement to begin airing PSAs containing the above-noted
specific information no later than March 1, 2011 is unduly restrictive and moreover
does not reflect the actual manner in which the DTV transition will occur in many
markets. In TVO’s case, the digital conversion will take place on a “staggered”
basis, with some of TVO’s transmitter sites effecting the cutover as early as May of
2011, prior to the August 31, 2011 deadline imposed by the Commission. With
respect to these transmitter sites, the six month advance notice period prescribed by
subsection 3(1) of the Digital Regulations has already passed and, therefore, it
