I wonder how many of those people are paying for their HD service?

With big box stores giving out free HD services with new TVs like its popcorn, I am not surprised that the number of subscribers has increased. I wonder how many of those will be willing to pay for the upgraded service though?

I know that in my case, I'm not paying anything beyond my previous SD package, and now that I am watching less and less in SD that I would consider throwing up an aerial.

im sure some a lot of people upgraded HD this year and are on promos, although most will find HD like a drug, and once you start you just want more:cool:

i can also guarantee that if giving these free box promos wasn't profitable, rogers wouldn't do it;)
