RGB or YCC 4:4:4 on HDMI?

Which colour space should I use with HDMI? Is there a noticeable difference?

The instruction book says most people prefer RGB. I have tried both and don't notice any difference.

Looks like I can't edit my post...The book that came with my STB states: RGB - most HDMI devices prefer this colour space.
