if you are still in control as a moderator, can you please split out the discussions on the new IPG into its own thread (ie, separate it from the whole home pvr thread) ?
It has been about 4 days now with NO update to the firmware.
I just checked in the IPG's settings (troubleshooting section) and it tells you the current firmware, etc.
Like I said - NO updates for the last 4 days.
(so much for Rogers telling me that they were doing "nightly" updates to the firmware as they work to fix it !).
In any event, as of today (30-jan-2012), here's what my firmware/etc info is:

(From the screen shots of the software developer antplc.com, it is obvious that they CAN fit a ton more lines and columns on the screen - come on Rogers - just DO it !)
I noticed another bug today.
Please check you previously configured scheduled recordings.
I had Family Guy set up to record every Monday at 12am for half an hour, that for some reason the PVR decided to record for (forever).
I noticed tonight (Monday) that my PVR's red recording light was on.
I knew that nothing should be recording at this time, so what was going on ?
It turned out that it started recording Family guy at 1:00am and never stopped recording it.
(I actually pulled the power cord to stop it from recording).
In any event, I deleted that scheduled recording and re-entered it.
Before I deleted it, however - it showed that the recording was set to start at 12am Monday morning until ...., where .... is the exact time (tonight) that I pulled the plug to stop the recording.
