Cool DVR (PVR) is always full (Videotron)

my wife has saved content on our DVR and I need to clear some space.

What is the most efficient way to save this content to an external device so she can watch it at a later time?

Connect an external eSata hard drive to your PVR

There are hundreds of threads discussing in this forum and the Rogers PVR forum. Please search on external. I doubt you'll need to ask any questions but if you do, please use one of the many existing threads.
